Five years contact centre management and global consultancy experience
Proven success of managing large, multi-site inbound and outbound operations
Solid Experience in managing client relationship at different levels, up to executive level
Experience in implementing new CRM strategies involving the “new” communications channels / internet services.
Fully competent in the use of management information systems and other tools within contact centre environments.
Well organised and committed to achieving consistently high standards
