Last 8 years: HR Manager and HR consultant for a Big four
HR consultancy projects focussing on HR change and human capital development.

HR Manager for a big four, setting up a complete HR department for the Belgian practice. Therefore we completed a re-engineering of the different HR processes. I was heading a team of 8 people to run the recruitment & selection process, personnel administration, benefits & compensation activity, manpower planning, career counselling, competence management and development.
We developed and implemented a 360° fb system, mini-assessments, career models, salary increase and promotion mechanisms, career development plans,…
During this period I had to manage the HR aspects of one merger, 4 acquisitions and recently the company has been acquired by another gigant.

HR Officer responsible for the recruitment and selection process. I therefore introduced mini-assessments and full selection procedures for junior and senior applicants.

1.5 Year: HR Manager in a chemical company
HR Manager: responsible for the operational HR activities for a division of about 700 people, including activities as: counselling of people, manpower planning, development of competence models, development of 360° feedback system.
