?Responsibility for a number of marketing initiatives for Management Solutions service lines including, Training and Development survey and report for clients, Information Technology benchmarking analysis, and organising client seminars for Deloitte.

?Recently reviewed recruitment policies for a listed company and conducted a search for the best recruitment company to outsource this function.

Organisation Reviews

?Conducted reorganisation of Management roles for Dunedin Airport Ltd. This included implementing a new organisation structure to meet the future needs of the organisation.
?Conducted Culture Print analysis for one of New Zealand\'s largest Health Care providers, HealthCare Otago, which involved surveying a sample of 800 staff.
?Reviewed Finance function of a major organisation with turnover in excess of $100 million. This involved analysing work roles and responsibilities for the Finance team over a one-month period utilising activity sheets and incorporating one on one interviews.

Marketing and Research

?Wrote a Marketing Plan for The Community Trust of Otago. The Trust is responsible for investment funds of over $200 million.
?Prepared Market Analysis Report for tourism and sporting opportunities for disabled persons in Canterbury. This report led to the Christchurch region winning the right to host the World Disabled Swimming Championships.
?Completed Information Technology Survey of the 60 largest organisations in Otago and Southland. This was a Deloitte marketing initiative to show our presence in the IT market and our capabilities.
?Conducted a Deloitte Marketing Project involving the design of a Training & Development Practices Review of Otago and Southland businesses. This was used as a start point for our Training & Development Service Line and to present our capabilities to the market.

Strategic Planning

?Worked with the CEO of the Community Trust of Otago to present the 1998 Strategic Plan in a meaningful format to the Board of Trustees.
?Provided a Strategic and Financial Plan for the \'best use\' of Hastings District Council owned recreational assets.
?Assisted in the development of a Strategic Recreational Plan for Nelson City Council.
?Undertook the first stage of a $600,000 strategic project for economic development of Dunedin by increasing usage of Dunedin Airport by international airlines.
