¡¤ Under my three-year guidance the turnover of Philips in Romania quadrupled whereas the economy contracted enormously in the same time span.

¡¤ Implemented a solid human resource structure.
¡¤ Significantly increased brand equity in Romanian market.

¡¤ Achieved to get the Philips brand name as one of the most recognized brands on the Bulgarian market.
¡¤ Extensive analyses and negotiations with Bulgarian Privatization Agency for the acquisition of a ferrite factory (not materialized).
¡¤ Member of the Philips corporate image board. In conjunction with three global advertising companies developed a coherent implementation plan for the ¡°Let¡¯s make things better¡± campaign throughout Central and Eastern Europe.
