A steel construction company with 160 employees within 3 business units. Head office in Valkenburg a/d Geul and subsidiary offices in Maastricht and Venray.

Role includes:
Responsibility for the set up and the execution of a clear management strategy.
Supporting the general managing director and responsibility for some of his tasks.
Set up of a sales-oriented organisation, the restructuring of the organisation of the head office, assisting in the restructuring of the subsidiary offices.
Set up and assistance in the execution of a new marketing policy mainly oriented towards the improvement of information streaming from and to potential customers.
Sales and financial support of projects.
Improving internal communication, delegation and planning from sales department to drawing room, work preparation, production, conservation, transport and assembling.
Financial administration.

A start-up enterprise by a president with years of experience in sales of project furnishing.

Role included:
Supporting the president who was inexperienced in running an organisation.
Providing support to this start-up enterprise during the set up of the company.
The set up and implementation of a business plan and the set up of a sales-oriented organisation.
Support in product selection and in contacts with financial institutions.

The set up of estimates and long term financial planning and the constant evaluation of these estimates.

Business Unit Manager Benelux

Steel construction company in Germany, producer of environmental storage systems.

Role included:
Responsible for the set up of a sales organisation of a German enterprise in the Benelux.
Financial planning and controller of estimates.
The set up of a marketing plan.
Active in sales, commercially successful.
Appointment of personnel and the set up of an organisation.
Monthly project and turnover reporting to management in Germany.
Yearly financial reporting during days of sale in Germany
