Background ING is required to meet legal obligations, and to support ongoing business activities. The new ING NL Record Retention Policy applies to all records, regardless of the media on which they are stored. This project is defined for implementing the policy.

•Quickscans (impactstudy) before starting Siebel implementation and reorganisation.
•Projects regarding E- commerce strategy, (online) credits, loans for MKB, Treasury, Private Banking, payments.
•Dealing with Basel II aspects within the online credit website checks.

Where Clerical Medical Europe Financial Services B.V.
What Business Analyst/Project Manager.
Background Being part of the HBOS Group (Halifax Group and the Bank of Scotland) Clerical Medical is the UK's largest mortgage and savings provider, with around 23 million customers. In Europe they have a reasonable market share in Germany and offices in many European countries.
Therefore projects are cross border orientated with a European head office in Maastricht.
Projects
•New web portal, according the new VVG law, and based on a new content management system.
•Risk and data analyses within these projects are very important due to the cross border security rules and data protection situation.
•Project in the Italian insurance market due to the new CONSOB regulations product portfolio and systems have to be changed or redeveloped.
•Project Manager for “Business Retention” web based user software for our offices in Europe. Get control over retention business by identifying records in the business, looking at current retention policy (in Holland, Germany and Luxemburg) and planning how to solve the gaps and report to the stakeholders. BPR solution for better control on this retention problem.
•Changing “New Business” process from 60 days to 25 days process.
•Project for software development for a complaints management system in Europe.

Background ABN European Payment Centre takes care off cross border payments.
Activities
•All MIS reporting was based on Business Objects.
•There was an urgent need for an MIS emergency plan.
•Coaching Banking staff and developers. Check and change/coordinate project planning.
•Advice on shortcomings within current approach and future expectations.
