Jaguar Land Rover Block Exemption Project: Based within JLR UK Business & Retail Planning to deliver consistent and high quality communication with network during process of independent ABE audits, cleanse PAG database and oversee production/distribution of new retailer and approved repairer agreements. Retained for extended period to write and produce Dealer Standards Manual.
Land Rover ‘Full Potential’ Programme: Programme Manager of sales improvement programme installed at 36 Land Rover dealers nationwide. Responsible for field team of 3 DP-level consultants and for client communication/satisfaction. Achieved 5% improvement on last year’s sales through application of sales process improvement/coaching versus 3% for non-programme dealers whilst maintaining Gross Profit on new vehicles. Grew GP on used by 9%, F & I income on new and used by 42% and 13% respectively, accessories per new unit by 28% and Gross Profit per sales executive by 14%.
Land Rover/Jaguar Company Vehicles Project: Project managed the integration of two departments, three demonstration fleets and three supplier arrangements including developing new and aligning existing processes/systems. Developed and adhered to project plan realising combined savings to client in excess of £1m per annum.
Land Rover Interim Management Project: Based within Land Rover Company Vehicles department developing relationships and Service Level Agreements with key logistics suppliers; implementing communications plan to end users; managing implementation of systems and reviewing/redeveloping processes for vehicle supply/disposal to reduce cost and improve customer satisfaction.
