The Netherlands and cross border. We combine the automated matching and ease of use of internet job boards with the personal service of recruitment agencies, and more. Focus on the smart use of ICT and online tools to be able to provide a faster, more flexible and (cost) efficient solution.

Product management concerning the employee benefits application eBenefits. eBenefits provides
web enabled software to manage, calculate, disclose and communicate employee benefits. These include pension schemes, health insurance and WAO/WIA.

I held the same position at eBenefits' predecessor, Infa BV. Main responsibilities were (sales)consultancy, marketing the product, translating market demands into functional specs and subsequently guide product development.

Clients included major insurance companies (ING) and intermediaries.

June 2001 – January 2006 (4 years 8 months)

Consultancy related to high-end HR information systems HR Access/HR in service. This included BI
consultancy and providing user training on HR Access as well as Cognos reporting tools.
I was involved in (pre)sales, development and implementation projects exceeding 500K in value. Main responsibility was the translation of customers’ wants and needs into functional specs. Areas covered where absence/sickness leave and reporting, training & development, general HR administration and payrolling.

Clients included major hospitals and educational institutions.

International recruitment of multilingual personnel for positions in finance, customer service/support, ICT
and administration at international companies in The Netherlands. Recruitment partly took place through
a website of my own design, after I was promoted to a senior position shortly before I left.

Clients included organizations like Nike, Sun Microsystems and Footlocker.
