Responsible for Engineering Management at the Supply Point Zoetermeer; leading a 15+ FTE department, driving several € 10+ MM projects involving Compliance, Site Utilities, Building Renovation and New, Production Equipment and Packaging Lines.

Responsibility: implementing Operational Excellence across 26 sites in 10 countries.
Implemented Center-Lining Methodology across the major manufacturing sites;
Led € 2 MM cost reduction programs in waste elimination (Spare parts reduction).
Coached key positions at each site in Europe, implementing the new work processes
Total program led to 35% FTE reduction, and almost 50% reduction in running cost.
