•Remy Automotive - Inc. Responsible for the quality setup reorganisation (from local organised to European process organised). Analysing the business processes to develop a project for re-implementation of the ICT/ERP system.

Mar-03 to Sep-05 Group Zwijsen (Electro Zwijsen nv – EZ-Technics nv – Eulectro nv)

•Financial Administration Manager. Responsible for reorganising the financial and administrative services (bookkeeping, vehicle fleet, mobile phones, insurance, purchasing, warehouse + logistics, QA, etc.). Driving force behind the setup for financial reporting and the (re-)implementation of the ERP application (Rimses-Fimacs). Managing 25 people, member of the board team.
•Quality Manager. Responsible for the conversion from the 1994 version of ISO 9002 to ISO 9001-2000. Development and implementation of an intranet, the BSC (balanced scorecard) methodology and a project-oriented approach for change/improvement processes. Recertification was obtained in November '03.
