· Take the lead in consolidating project (rollout) budgetary processes, defining reporting requirements by utilising data base outputs and give each Manager within the rollout group an effective tool to manage individual cost centres.
· Prepare cost analysis and operational plans (in relation to supply chain) for various sub projects and changes to existing rollout model. I am unable to give more information at present, as these plans are still commercial in confidence.
· Review current spare parts operation (issue plus return for repair or replacement) and implement changes or revisions that will result in cost savings and/or considerable increases in service levels to the customer.
· Interview, employ and train replacement full time manager that will take over project supply chain management role.
· Manage the move of all stock from current warehouse to new warehouse. Ensure move does not impact on any part of the day-to-day supply of main units or spare parts.

· Planned, set-up and managed all aspects of NodeB Platform 1 retrofit programme relating to operational equipment in the field. This included engineer training, spare part procurement, maintaining detailed engineer completion reports and daily progress reports to Three.
· Agreed and ensured contractors understand scope of work. Negotiated and agreed individual contracts within project parameters.
· Prepared and presented various management reports to Three on a regular basis.
· Planned, set-up and managed all aspects of NodeB Platform 2 retrofit programme relating to operational equipment in the field (similar to Platform 1).
· Arranged detailed on site training for retrofit field engineers, ensured preparation and issue of various retrofit procedures.
