languages operation (Dublin). Increased output by 30% and decreased error levels by 60%,
- Achived improved overall factory efficiency through design, introduction and
implementation of new working methods and processes throughout the entire factory.
- Total design and project responsibility for operational changes: new Narrow Aisle
Warehouse (4500 pallet spaces), the new (barcode controlled) Pick & Pack lines and
the new automated Goods Return Department.
- Selected and negotiated with suppliers and subcontractors for the provision of equipment
and services at the right price and quality standard,
