Role Program Manager (Commander)

• Directed and monitored the daily activities of a 140-person operational division on a Netherlands Air Base
• Responsible for the operational command and control, supply chain management, security, and administration of a $500 million stockpile of assets earmarked for NATO operations
• Took over a struggling division and in one year turned it into the best performing (#1 of 4) divisions three out of five quarters; named #1 division for 2005
• Integrated multiple business units and resources through increased communication (breaking down silos), budgeting and cost control, personnel training and development, managing a supply chain and human resources
