Team-oriented leader with a successful track record and over 20 years experience spanning corporate management, strategy, sales, marketing, business development and operations.

Broad pan European experience, driven extensive business development initiatives, company start up and business transformation initiatives.

My approach is very much based on getting the organisation to function properly, adressing, strategy, structure, roles and culture. For the last twenty years I have worked in and for several companies following through on this philosophy. In each case this approach has brought real performance improvements. These gains vary from 20 to 50% increase in turnover and from 25 to over 100% in profitability year on year.

The first ten years of my career I worked my way up to executive board level learning what works and what doesn't. I have managed P&L's from €2 to €275 million. Having worked for listed American (Manpower, Hudson), British, German (GFT AG) and Dutch (Start People part of USG People) companies throughout Europe makes me aware of cultural differences and I have shown to be able to bridge those

I have worked in a variety of roles in my career: lawyer, company secretary, corporate legal counsel, managing director, COO, member of the executive board, independent consultant and founder of two start ups. As a result I feel that I gained invaluable experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects and navigating complex challenges.
