2007 – Present: Owner of Bv, distributing US-manufactured protection garments on the Dutch market. Co-distribution of Wild medical instruments from Germany & Interim sales- and project management.

2006 – 2007: Sales manager sutures, IVS & mesh Tyco Healthcare BV. Leading a team of 6 sales reps in The Netherlands. Responsible for financial results and forecast.
Development and implementation of new sales strategies and improvement of sales force efficiency.

2002 – 2006: Sales & Marketing Manager BioSurgery Benelux, Baxter BV. Leading a team of 7 sales reps in The Netherlands. Belgium and Luxemburg, a Product Manager and a Marketing Assistant. Responsible for financial results and forecast and logistical forecast. Development and implementation of new sales and marketing strategies. New product introductions. Recruitment of new personnel.

2002: Interim Product Manager BioSurgery Benelux, Baxter BV. Executed an analysis of the sales- and marketing strategies and advised the Business Unit Director on how to improve the BioSurgery business.

2001 – 2002: Field Sales Manager Vaccines Netherlands, Baxter BV. Building and leading a team of 8 starting area managers (visiting GP’s) for the introduction of
Neisvac-c, the (then new) vaccine for the prevention of meningococcal-c meningitis. Development and implementation of new revolutionary sales strategies to best serve the needs of GP’s and pharmacists. Departure from the classic way of visiting the target groups to one of focussing on area’s suffering from an outbreak of meningococcal-c meningitis. Resulting in a private market share of 60% in 6 months time.
