- In charge of projects on matters as requested by top management.

Objectives realized:
- Establishing a clear situation of a world wide bank debt situation of all companies recently acquired by developing and implementation of a water tight reporting system (150 companies, 33 countries)

- Realization of a clean inter company reconciliation during year and at financial year end by developing inter company code of conduct, by solving endless disputes and implementing a world wide inter company reconciliation package (monthly transactions: 20.000)

- Review of group’s responsibility insurance (carrier, forwarding agent) and formulating a plan to reduce world wide insurance fees (fees involved exceeding € 10 mio).

- Establishing an actual valuation of group’s owned land and buildings in collaboration with real estate agents in order to prepare IAS/IFRS reporting and a possible real estate based refinance transaction.
