Professionalizing of fast growing service provider within the European steel business. Expansion with a second terminal required defined business processes, roles and responsibilities.

2005/2006, TELENET (B), Interim Supply Management
Interim assignment at purchasing & logistics to set-up processes for launching Interactive Digital TV. After-Sales Service was started-up within a few months. Blueprint for Future Logistics was developed for sourcing/distribution/return logistics of all materials.

2004, HYPLAST Foil-extrusion (B&NL), Business Analysis
Wall-to-wall analysis of two sites during period of rising polyolefin prices. Company suffered from the extensive product assortment, causing large stocks and short production runs.

2004, Various Hospitals, (NL) Benchmarking
Reference standards for medical analyses had to be developed & measured; as a base for medical diagnosis & treatments and for capacity calculations for a new to build hospital.

2004, CORUS Cokes Factories (NL), Maintenance Reorganisation
Full business analysis of cokes production was carried out to explore saving opportunities. Saving potential of €12 mln. was identified for the outsourced maintenance.

2003-2007, Euro Archive (B), Account & Project Management
Acquisition and implementation of document management projects at customers. Development of new services and setting-up the required business processes.

Start-up of new financial shared service centre for Europe. Country transitions and system/process harmonisations; weekly invoicing, automation reconciliation and document imaging.
