Implementation Project : Recover a strategic project sponsored by the Business department. Take all necessary decisions and actions in order to finish deployment on production environment on 31/12/2008. Purpose was to start the “new” application on 01/01/2009.
Deploy methods & procedures in order to improve Production Plan and all “management” tools requested like clear budget and timeline.
Analyse alternative scenarios to face/anticipate eventual blockade. ( eg internal or external hosting). Agreement with hosting companies, defining of SLA, RiskPlan, Disaster & Recovery Plan.

MEMNON Archiving Services : 06/2007 – 09/2008
Operational Project : Responsible for “ALL” operational issues/topics related to the activities of Memnon AS. Starting from providing support in the sales cycle, helping the Product Manager to translate the agreed solution into a production plan with sound plan associated to correct P&L. Operations accountability including PRODUCTION et IT Operational teams. ). Deploy methods & procedures in order to improve Capacity plan, Allocation Plan, Production Plan and all “management” tools requested

People Management project : Resources and Allocation planning responsibilities in order to ensure resources are planned managed and trained effectively (currently ± 45 sound skilled engineers. Implement KPI / Time Sheeting system in order to collect data generating management information (Dashboard). Initiate annual “Appraisal” procedure and PDP (Personal Development Plan).

Fujitsu Services : 06/2005 - 05/2007
Coaching Project : Sustain and train new “Core” manager by giving her necessary best practices to manage all the delivery team.

Appraisal Project : In line with FS HR procedures, initiation of the “appraisal” processes and procedures. Presentation and training of the “career advisor” to prepare the interview and the evaluation of the “career owner”. Collection and review of the appraisal documents. Summarise results and presentation of the key elements to Managing Board.

Harmonisation Project : participation to the discussion with the unions in order to facilitate the merger of the 3 ex-fujitsu companies. Including interviews of delegates in order to collect all worker’s issues and recommendations. Collaboration with HR Director to analyse and to draft “harmonization” chart. After approval, organizing information sessions with HR.

Delivery Project : Manage and coach Service Delivery Manager, Solution leaders, Capability leaders and practices leaders in Belgium and Luxembourg at different levels, in BANK, IND, RETAIL and European Institutions sectors.
Reinforce the service performance for FS and the customer by improving the responsiveness of SDM in order to ensure “impeccable service”. Align productivity of the strategic service offerings of FS to achieve performance KPI (SLA, CSAT, CSIP). – based on ITIL methodology. Resource Management, Forecast and Budget awareness.
