July 2006 - to Current : Manage own business mainly in graphics segment
Manage own business in graphics segment,under the name of “Graphics” which is focused on producing “ customized portable kid drawing table” as well as handling and taking orders of printing needs almost in all printing segments (offset, digital, and spciality printing) of with various printing products , such as business card, company profile, book,photobook, plastic card, all kinds of banners, and etc. The Clients are mostly private companies, Hotels, school and institution. The customized portable kid drawing table, is uniquely design with the picture (photo) of the owner, so it could be displayed as a photo frame as well instead of just as an ordinary drawing table.

July 2004 - July 2006 : PT. Samafitro, As a sales Manager for HP Indigo dept
(PT. Samafitro is a subsidiary of PT.Asaba Group, founded in 1982, it’s a second largest
distributor of copier machinary and office equipments in Indonesia. On 2002, PT Samafitro
officially appointed as a channel partner by Hewllet Packard as a sole distributor for digital
offset press machine namely“hp Indigo” in Indonesia.)

Main duties and responsibilities :
- Responsible for the selling and distribution of hp Indigo (digital offset press) machinery as well as its consumable through the country ( Indonesia)
- Support Marketing Director to prepare marketing plan and strategy, as well as preparing te budgeting plan, operating budget and expenditure plan in Graphics Art department
- Reporting directly to the Channel Development Manager ( based in Singapore office) concerning the projection of monthly sales , consumable/supplies as well as installed device performance (impression reports) at the customer.
- Responsible for the forcasting of consumable and supplies
- Responsible for preparing the annual business plan and submit it to the Channel Development Manager.
- Conducting some marketing activity, such as holding an Open House at least twice a year, participate on the trade show (FGD), and periodically submitting advertorial as well as articles in some graphics’ magazines.
- Actively participate as a speaker in some graphic seminars and workshop, as an effort to build product awarness.
- Handling customer complaints and dissatisfaction with the respond time not more than one hour.
- Working closely with Field Service Engineer ( tehnical team ), to overcome the tehnical problem at the customers.
- Responsible for recruiting, training as well as supervising the activity of Account managers in Graphics Arts Department either in head office and throughout the regions (branches).
- Assisting the Account Manager to perform the product presentation or closing the deal.
- Travelling to the branches periodically to perform the product training either for the staff , the Account Manager as well as to the prospective customer, as an effort to build product awareness.
- Responsible for monitoring the Account Receiveable of the sales performance.

October 2002 – July 2004 : PT. Microlux Indonesia, as a sales Manager for Graphic Arts
Supplies

(PT. Microlux Indonesia is a leading trading company in supplying some well-known pre-press
equipments, such as : Creo, Scitex, ECRM etc , It’s also appointed by KPG (Kodak Polychrom
Graphic) as the distributors for Graphic arts materials of PS Plates, ctp Plates as well as Graphics
Arts films )

Main duties and responsibilities :
- Responsible for reporting directly to Managing Director, concerning market situation, consumables and supplies competition at the customer, the progress of consumable sales, as well as doing the consumables’ forecasting.
- Responsible for maintaining the existing (active) accounts, as well as oper new market.
- Responsible for recruiting, training as well as supervising the activity of Account managers.
- Responsible for conducting the consumables demo and trial ( of printing plate and film) as well as handling complaint and dissatisfaction.
- Responsible for assisting in controlling the consumable sales’ account receivables.
- Preparing either tehnical or non tehnical training for sales team .( Account Managers).
- Working closely with principals (Kodak Polychrom Graphics), mainly concerning the product support.
- Preparing the annual sales performance report, and presenting to the principals (mainly on the annual dealer’s meeting).

May 2002 – September 2002 : PT. Mitra Graphic Persada, as an Area SalesManager
for Jakarta area and it’s surrounding.

(PT. Mitra Graphic Persada, is a group of PT. Tiga Serangkai, one of the well-known printing
industry located in Solo, central Java.)

Main duties and responsibilities :
- Report directly to Managing Director regarding the market sales and situation.
- Responsible for the consumable sales and forecast.
- Responsible for maintaining the existing ( active) accounts, as well as open new market.
- Actively assisting the sales team for conducting the consumables demo and trial as well
as handling customer complaints and dissatisfaction.
- Responsible for recruiting, training and supervising the sales team.
- Assisting in controlling the consumable sales’ account receivable.

October 1997 – April 2002 : PT. Heidelberg Indonesia ( formerly PT. Paramount trade
and eng.), as a sales consultant.

(PT. Heidelberg is the worlds leader in printing tehnology and manufacturing and is recognized
as the most active and rapidly developing printing equipment manufacturer worldwide. The
company was also had an agreement with Kodak Polychrom Graphic (KPG) , to distribute the
high quality of consumables products such as: PS plates, ctp plates, Conventional and
Imagesetting films)

Main duties and responsibilities :
- Report directly to the National Sales Manager Consumable, concerning the market
situation , sales progress, competitor within the appinted sales area.
- Performing the daily sales’visit to the active and non active customer as well as opening
new market.
- Conducting the consumables trial and demo at the customer.
- Preparing the monthly, weekly sales performance and daily sales report.
- Preparing the monthly consumable forecast based on the customer usage.
- Responsible for the consumable sales mainly in the western of Jakarta, and some
certain appointed area.
- Responsible for collecting the account receiveable.

1995 – 1997 : PT. Inter Delta, as a Tehnical Sales Representative.

( PT. Inter Delta is a leading national investment company, in distributing the leading of
phototgraphic equipments and supplies such as Canon, Noritsu, Kodak and etc. )

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the consumable sales in Bandung area and its’ surrounding, as well as
collecting the account receivable.
- Report directly to the Graphics Arts supervisor, Cc to Branch manager.
- Conducting the daily sales visit to the active and non active customer as well as seeking
for new prospects.
- Conduncting the consumables trial and demo.
- Handling tehnical complaints or problem at the customers.
- Assisting to deliver the consumables and supplies to the customer.
