• November 2005 – February 2006. Banco Central Cuenca. Design and installation of an automatic irrigation system for the Archaeological Park Pumapungo as project leader (in charge of 17 workers),(Ecuador).

• June – November 2005. NGO “Yanapay”. Survey of irrigation channels in the different communities of the Canton Santa Isabel, Province of Azuay. Function: project leader (in charge of 25 workers),(Ecuador).

• February – July 2005. Various. Design and implementation of irrigation systems for small farms, (Ecuador).

• Drainage study for the Archaeological Park (Pumapungo) and the archaeological terraces of the Banco Central of Cuenca.

• Participative Technological Innovation for the Management of Natural Resources (VLIR-research-project). Cooperation in between the Catholic University of Leuven (KULeuven), the Interuniversity Council of Belgium (VLIR) and the University of Cuenca.

• Study for the implementation of a irrigation system in the Gardens of the Inka (Archaeological Park of the Banco Central of Cuenca). Monitoring of the hydro physical and physical parameters of the different ecosystems of those Gardens.

• September 1997 – December 1997. PROMAS (Program for the Management of Water and Soils) of the University of Cuenca. Feasibility study of the irrigation project in Bulán – San Cristobal for COPOE (Consejo Provincial de Programación). Function: consultant, (Ecuador).

• Dutch: Intermediate level, following Dutch for Foreigners in Instituut voor Levende Talen in Leuven. My Dutch improved by my stay in Belgium and visits of Belgian family and friends. Talking it every day now.
• French: Basic knowledge, followed two levels of French in the Alliance Française of Cuenca
