Supplying post-implementation services to optimise the manufacturing and distribution modules of this customer in the semi-process business.
· Fit Analysis at Dienst Landelijk Gebied (DLG):
Investigate how DLG, a governmental organisation that buys and sells pieces of land to meet a range of different goals, can use the distribution modules of Renaissance CS, and if all the required business processes can be covered.


Oct 1996 – Oct 2000 Consultant/Project Manager, Motherwell Information Systems

Motherwell provides implementation services for Renaissance CS and SAP, and builds custom applications using Microsoft tools.
Tasks:
Managing customisation and implementation projects, providing technical and functional consultancy, optimising implementations, integrating external systems with the ERP package, training new colleagues and customer’s employees.
Projects:
· Second phase project regarding manufacturing and distribution modules at Plusfood:
Both functional and technical consultancy during this post-implementation project; involvement in some large customisations in distribution and manufacturing modules (including MPS and MRP); addition of bar-coding functionality.
· Euro migration at Interpay Nederland:
Investigation if and how Interpay can migrate their current systems to fit the Euro needs.
· Implementation of sales and inventory modules at Arjo Wiggins in France and Germany:
All project management related activities and responsibilities, including estimating and planning customisations; functional consultancy; multiple tasks at UNIX level.
· Implementation of bar-coding at Republic Gypsum, US:
Implementing distribution modules to fit bar-coding needs at a papermill.
· Customisations for Structured Metals Incorporated (SMI), US and New Zealand:
A large implementation of all modules of Renaissance CS; responsible for implementation of Purchase, Inventory and Fixed Assets modules; consultancy and technical project management; estimating and planning customisations; providing training for both new colleagues and SMI employees; source code control at UNIX level.
· Matching Business Objects with latest version of Renaissance CS, internal project:
Defining universes based on data model; creating and modifying reports;
· Designing new version of Renaissance CS at Ross Systems, US:
Involvement in the design and realisation of the latest version of Renaissance CS, especially the Purchase and Inventory modules.
