As the project to develop the Philips Excellence Maturity Framework is coming to an end, the process to
manage the framework needs to be put in place. On an interim basis I will support the recieving department in the hand-over of this Framework. When the framework is in place I will support the Philips Excellence Practices in the definition of their deployment plan, support in improving the quality of the individual maturity assessments from a content perspective and seek to implement proffesional tooling to support the assessment process and the management of the framework master data.

Within the Philips Excellence practice department I supported the development of the Philips Excellence
Maturity Framework together with the developer of one framework for all PE Practices concept. To be able pilot this new maturity framework I developed the tooling that made assessments and reporting on Maturity possible.
During this period I was assigned to a side project to support procurement in applying the MEPM Methodology used to establish meaningful process measures to their Level 3 processes, to measure the efficiency and effectivity of these processes. The program consisted of a series of workshops to support the definition and validation of process measures for a total of 9 level 3 processes.

Main achievements:

activities. The team consisted of 4 experts on SAP MM and the Océ International License Management
# Created ownership for Master Data and Product license Management within Océ’s senior management
resulting in the addition of license management in Océ’s mid-term plans.
