Established a 5-year IT strategic plan and the yearly CAPEX/OPEX/ Headcounts budgets. Built and coached a functional and technical IT team (10 FTE) and contractors. Standardized the IT infrastructure and the implementation of stores. Automated the workflow of new dealers with Microsoft PowerApps/Flow. Managed the IT compliancy and the security. Developed IT policies for laptops and for data breach. Setup the DaaS sourcing of laptops. Provided support for the applications (ERP MS Dynamics AX/365 and legacy OMS/Retail).
