Franchise with 140 stores (end of 2015), nearly 100 franchisees and € 55 million consumer sales. In 2013, winner of the NFV franchise trophy (best franchise in NL). In 2014 expansion into Germany. Operating in the top of the market within a strong competitive environment.

Strong growth (35% in stores, 55% in "like-for-like" sales and 90% in total sales since 2011) and therefore a constant changing, dynamic organization, with due professionalization. Hands-on entrepreneurial mentality combined with a clear long-term vision. Lean & Mean organization with a strong commercial focus.

Euro Pizza Products.
Manufacturing and wholesale of (pizza)dough and pizza products, turning into an international player. Turnover is currently € 25 million with excellent growth prospects. Market leader in wholesale niche of pizzas and pasta products. Highly efficient after the conclusion of the new production facility (2013). Focus on international commercial opportunities.

Director of Operations

Responsible for the acquisition and redevelopment of catering and food retail activities at 13 CenterParcs and Sunparks parks in the Netherlands and Belgium. Acquisition of 2,200 employees. P & L responsibility with a turnover of over € 100 million.

Important at this stage was smooth take-over of the entire operation and establish the connection with the existing Albron-organization. Complex due to the quantity and diversity of processes and systems and the limited synergies within. In addition: high need to strike the right balance in diplomacy and determination, due to the fact that redevelopment and restructuring took place "under the roof" of the CenterParcs organization.

Beyond the technical aspects of the acquisition, the amalgamation of different cultures and the HR-implications asked a lot of attention. Besides reorganization, much attention to the human aspects.

In all respects a successful "best of both worlds" pursuit.

Facility Services Netwerk was a commercial joint venture between Albron, Asito , Securitas and Strukton WorkSphere. Responsible for start-up and structure of the organization. Complex because of the diversity in strategies , ownership structures and individual interests of the alliance partners.
