-Direct customer interaction on big and multi tool projects.
-Managing project leaders not in direct hierarchy.
-Managing agent organizations to manage installation projects.
-Responsible for setting and achieving Sign-off revenue per quarter.
-Managing installation Team engineers (5 FTE), other install capacity assigned per project from the service region.
