Achievements:

— Made the company profitable in year two.
— Enabled the privately held company to merge in the Van de Zaag group by 01-01-2014 due to its success in a declining market.

Achievements:

Achievements:
— Founded a concept store with international allure at a total of 800 square meters in a city center after intensive market research into customers service oriented and limited available products retail concepts.
— Created the full business plan in time and on budget.
— Achieved a turnover of €1130K in the first year only.
— Successfully landed two separate concepts for the café and hairdresser due to strong external partnership.
— Proved the personnel’s ability to combine and cross sell several product groups at the same time to one customer by working the concept.

Achievements:
— Directed the company to take on non Seiko Corporation fashion/sports brands in order to maintain market share.
— Successfully introduced D&G, Breil and Nike to the dutch market which resulted in maintaining and even grow turnover by 7%.
— Trained, supervised and motivated five marketing employees (product/brand managers, assistant)
— Delivered strong educational and promotional presentations nationally to btb customers as well as internationally to set an example for worldwide located wholesale companies.
— Established increased partnership and consequently 12% higher volume with large accounts: department stores (de Bijenkorf, V&D), chain stores (Siebel, Luigi Lucardi) by translating and implementing marketing communications instead of just selling the product.
— Successfully changed the looks and copy of Seikonde Magazine as chief editor.
