Interim Manager SEAT Renting ONE (Madrid, Barcelona / Spain)
Responsible for managing the national roll out of a captive leasing program for SEAT and VW Financial Services. Next to integrating the complete dealership into this program (191), the program comprises sales and product training, marketing campaigns and the creation of fleet centers among other activities.

03/09 - 07/09:
Project Manager Škoda Renting Pilot (Barcelona / Spain)
Responsible for the concept development, pilot preparation and pilot launch of a captive leasing project for Škoda. The pilot was launched with 4 dealers and included workshops, training and telemarketing activities, next to the product definition.

01/08 - present:
Lecturer (University of Venlo / Netherlands)
Reading various subjects and holding workshops covering management controlling / sales project implementation / intercultural challenges in Europe with a focus on practicability in contrast to the pure theoretical approach.

As head of the Paris office responsible for selling and directing sales enhancement projects in Western Europe (France, Spain and UK) mainly for large multinationals (see client list).
Typical projects included the concept phase and the implementation. The results were achieved either through development of new or optimization of existing distribution channels next to activating the sales organization.
In 12/08 completed the pilot phase of for a project involving the market introduction of a captive car leasing product in Spain with projected earnings of in the double digit m€ pa range. The pilot dealers (10% of the complete dealership) increased their sales by 43% in this segment, whereas the market dropped by 10%.
In 03/ 08 completed a project to increase the sales for a computer manufacturer in the UK through software partner development (sales increase of £ 2,1m pa, ROI break even after 14 months).
Clients include Cycleurope, Renault and Deutsche Telekom / Club Internet (France); VW Leasing / SEAT (Spain) and Fujitsu Siemens Computers (UK) as well as Pioneer and Karstadt (Germany).
Delivery budget app. 1,5 m € of which 530 k € from own cross sales.
Internal roles included the development of a career development and feedback process as well as a stringent project management methodology.

07/05 - 07/06:
Senior Manager (Düsseldorf / Germany)
Responsible for directing projects in various industries for market entry and positioning strategies as well as the enhancement of sales force efficiency (including sales force trainings). Methods encompass the analysis of the market and channel potential, the client’s sales organization and value chain; furthermore the development of distribution concepts and the implementation thereof.
Clients included Lego, Siemens VDO, Thule, Pioneer, Böhler Uddeholm, Premitech, VETXX, Damixa, HSH Nordbank in Germany, France and Spain.
Delivery budget app. 770 k € (160 k € earnings).

11/99 - 06/05:

Management and delivery of CRM related IT projects for clients such as Airbus, Ben Telekom, Cegetel, Airtel, CellC, ZTEsoft, VIAG Interkom, 186k and UPS in the following countries: France, Spain, UK, Germany, Netherlands, South Africa, China,
Sold and implemented 400 k € project (Trouble Ticket Management). Total budget responsibility of 2,6 Mio € (projects between 110 k € and 750 k €), thereby managed teams of up to 14 people.

12/96 - 10/99:
Functional IT Consultant (Hamburg / Germany)
At Deutsche Telekom responsible for first developing and later directing the design of data analysis solutions based on Oracle and MS Access for high volume customer data migration.
Further roles included assignments as a training facilitator in the Chicago (USA) Training Center for Client Server Development and the organization and facilitation of student workshops.
