1. Significant cost reduction across the company through consolidation, centralization, reorganization, outsourcing and process re-engineering.
2. Strong leadership with optimized cash flow / working capital management to steer through tight liquidity , without increasing floats, exposures or borrowings.
3. Responsibility for financial reporting and filings with “hands on” experience on SAP, MFGPRO and Oracle, as power user including implementation and harmonization of processes and controls across different GAAP’s (German / Indian / US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, SEC and EC), tax and statutory requirements.
Over the last three assignments, I have:
• Set up/revamped the banking architecture, implemented cash pooling, factoring, vendor partnering banks, sale and lease backs, asset based lending, monetization and optimized the insurance structure..
• Established back office (independent off shoring base) to outsource activities / processes.
