The Consumentenbond’s (Dutch Consumer’s Organization) Web site is becoming of more and more strategic value. My responsibilities were, in conjunction with the Marketing Department, to determine what new functionalities should be added, and managing the projects that where undertaken as a result. Managing relationships with the external development company was also one of my tasks. Furthermore I was responsible for implementing a new Web Analytics system, and advising the department’s management on technical issues and feasibility of new projects.
