The producer of poultry processing equipment operates in twenty different countries and has its own R & D, service installation, sales and production units, with 500 employees and a turnover of € 120 million, just owned by a private equity company.
• Creating a modular Bill Of Materials together with the production department, so to realize large efficiencies in the production unit.
• Initiating the turnaround by improving the value of the business with a planning and control cycle including MIS and measures of internal control including the implementation of Baan IV.

A trucking company with 700 trucks and 1200 trailers a turnover of € 350 million in a restructuring phase.
• Enlarging the profitability by Outsourcing the workshop and the refer unit.
• From loss to profit by restructuring the Container Trucking Unit.

Entrepreneur During my career I have had the opportunity to formulate ideas and make them work. Moving from the traditional path to reach the goal. Examples are the entering of the EU market with printed furniture as a General Director. And founding of a production unit in China
