Description: Traditional ‘Change Management’ consultancy. Involved in 6 man project to improve profitability of multi-national German company. Project ended in July 2001. Worked closely at board level with specific responsibility for all aspects of change in production facility (120 people). Successfully implemented major structural change leading to savings, as identified during analysis, of DM 6,000,000. Savings obtained by establishing and then eliminating major causes of lost time on shop floor, resulting in overhaul of SCM, together with complete management restructuring backed up with appropriate training.

Description: Employed as internal consultant to examine the potential for margarine production on Russian market. Reported to divisional management board. Carried out initial feasibility study and was subsequently responsible for finding an appropriate facility and negotiating its acquisition. Was in charge of Moscow marketing campaign for soft cheese spread Belette during final two months of contract. Although the product was expensive, I increased volume by almost 50% with successful marketing compaign.

Negotiated with Georgian government a transit route across the Republic of Georgia to facilitate movement of ethanol from storage in Turkey to clients in Central Asia, thus ensuring fast delivery and competitive pricing. Reported to Divisional Managing Director in London.

Also controlled marketing and distribution of Masmix, a well known margarine produced by the company. Regularly travelled to dairies across Russia and Poland to monitor produce quality.
