Experience in managing business process and IT projects.
Extensive knowledge in Telecommunication and Banking.
Good knowledge of Billing, Revenue Assurance, IT Software Testing and IT delivery.
Operational implementation and optimization in existing and start up companies.
Project Management of front and back office processes and systems.
Strong knowledge of process design, optimization and implementation.
Strong PC skills including MS Office, Aris and Visio.
