- Change manager: support and coaching of management teams and ceo’s in a culture change program, targeted to improve results by a better focus on customers and sales efficiency. Coaching of project managers. Contributions to further development of the program, implementation and tools.
- Chief Commercial Officer: Responsible for a team of 75 FTE (including five managers). Successful implementation of projects and changes aimed at a more professional management team, business planning, efficiency and focus on sales. Interim CEO while CEO was on a four month sabbatical.
- Sr. Project manager, project management and multi cultural cooperation: realisation of International Cash Management. Development of a service level agreement (internal marketing, ICT and training). On an international level presidency of project group for development of and agreement on service levels and added value for customers. The multi bank service level is operational.
- Vice president Correspondent Banking: responsible for negotiating cross border payment services (selling and buying). Customers were regional and global banks in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland and South Africa. Also responsible for Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Scandinavia. Results: important new customers (Japan and USA), customer retention, quality improvement and cost savings.
- Sr. manager Marketing Communication: chief editor of two customer magazines (millions of copies). Responsible for marketing communication (advertising, commercials, brochures, direct marketing etc.) for financial products. Responsible for development and realisation of new brochure line as part of new house style.
- Product manager Marketing: development and maintenance of i.e. edi (electronic data interchange), direct service applications, documentary credits, payments including cheques, foreign currency and electronic transfers.
Member of task force with the assignment to reduce costs of cross border fund transfers with one third. Results: introduction of a cheaper alternative offered through electronic banking.
- Interim manager: several assignments i.e. setup of credit control for retail and wholesale and manager retail. In the last position as manager retail responsible for developing a marketing plan and a personal plan (training, hiring and firing), also contributed to the overall strategic plan.
- Product manager:(sub)project manager, responsible for the development and introduction of new financial products, including tools for the sales force. Responsible for marketing communication of the product line and involved in Direct Marketing, List management and ICT and insourcing.
Account executive Responsible for contacts with advertising agencies, printing offices and a number of divisions within the organisation. Contributed to introduction of a new distribution channel.
