Achievements:
1. Developed and implemented a SCM model in cooperation with South African wines suppliers in order to reduce leadtimes, stocklevels and working capital and to improve service levels
2. Introduced central replenishment for wine promotion
3. Integrated supply chain beer and soft drinks into main infrastructure in order to improve customer service and to reduce costs
