Oranje industrial Corp. Nederland b.v. Established April 2008 Global export and European market & sales development on contract and as agent for various overseas companies (mainly U.S.), into packaging, construction, home improvement, electronic equipment, and various other industries.
Oranje Industrial Corp. – Established 2002 Miami, fl.. . Imported and exported various grades of paper & board from and into Europe, North and South America. Total value about $ 4 million, handling all aspects of purchase, sale, finance and logistics.
. Creating new, value added applications for nominally waste paper product. This into totally different industries such as building and interiors construction, agriculture, etc Besides sales and purchasing, this also includes finance, logistics, converting, laminating, packaging. Operating high profit margins (by industry standards) . – This managed separately and accounted on different balance sheet.
U.S. agent for the Arctic Paper Group of Sweden. From 2002 to mid. 2005 established the sales of their dull and matt coated freesheet paper. Commenced with virgin territory to sales of $ 4 million p.a., through local stock and direct sales to merchants. Due to currency exchange fluctuations, mill ceased all sales to U.S. Dollar denominated countries mid 2005.

Office also sourced from Brazilian mills for the Price & Pierce offices in North America and Asia, over $ 10 million p.a. – became the single most profitable department of Price & Pierce.

. Created and strengthened relationships with North America merchants/distributors, such as WWF, Case Paper, Impressions.

. Assist in daily operations and lead to the return to profitability of subsidiary ‘The Paper House’ converting/merchant operation in Miami, Fl. Divested the converting operation, reduced number of items and overall inventory of the merchant operation, streamlined the sales force, returned the operation to ‘break-even’ upon which it was sold.

Dutch paper and board distributor, at the time largest international with offices all over the world, and sales in excess of $ 250 million p.a. Later merged with Buhrmann (in U.S. Corporate Express) and KNP-Leykam.
. Basic training in all aspects of paper and board product characteristics, purchasing and sales techniques, international logistics, familiarizing with the vagaries of different overseas markets.
