Achievements:
- Restoring financial management (design organisation, recruiting, training, coaching).
- Eliminating administrative backlogs and solving a number of issues with the tax authorities and the Central Bureau for Statistics.
- Restoring cash flow management (revitalization credit collection process, managing payables).
- Supporting the implementation of ‘Canadian Sox’ and corporate reporting.
- Together with the Sales and Service Director leading the implementation of the so-called ‘120 days plan’, which was focussed on getting the company back on track.
