Work Experience

1986 – 1991 Stork Brabant and Stork Contiweb
I was Consultant logistics and IT for the internal business processes. I was mainly responsible for the business side of IT projects. Among them managing the implementation of an integrated logistics package.

1991 – 1996 Stork Demtec – ELC
I had several functions for a company selling and implementing an ERP system, ranging from application and business consultant, to pre-sales consultant, to project manager.

1996 – 1999 Ernst & Young Consulting
I was a Manager in the ERP group. Mainly project management and business consulting in medium sized business change or ERP projects.

1999 – 2002 4C Consulting
I was Manager within 4CC in the Netherlands, mainly responsible for managing CRM projects and coaching colleagues in the projects.

2002 – 2004 Teleplan International
I was Global Program Manager of the ERP (IFS) roll-out within Teleplan, reporting to the CEO.

2004 – 2005 Vos Logistics
I am Director of Business Administration, responsible for the Operational Excellence program, Process management, IT, Back office Purchase and Information management.

I have a wide experience in projects. In the projects I usually have the responsibility being a project manager (in over 20 projects). In projects I know to integrate the special skills and knowledge of each member into a good performing team. Furthermore I advise about and implement the necessary business process changes. Especially projects where success in implementing the change is very depending on the acceptance of customer’s personnel, and change management & coaching is essential have my preference.
