CEVA Logistics employs over 50.000 fte in contact logistics and freight forwarding management. CEVA is organized though 4 regions and covers more then 100 countries worldwide. In this corporate role I report to the Group Director Human Resources, who also has a seat in the executive board. I am responsible for global Talent Management, Performance Management and Learning & Education. Through 3 global project groups I manage the development of these initiatives and the realisation of this new function for the global organisation. Besides these key drives in my role I am actively involved in Key recruitment and the development of other Human Resources instruments such as bonus plans and staff retention plans.
Key results:
• Global Talent Review process & one day workshops with Executive Board to agree on priorities and way forward, assuring that HR is directed to were the company needs them the most.
• Strong Global Key Staffing process and management of these recruitments
• Implementation of Global Performance Management system assuring global objective setting and alingnment to companies objectives.
• Delivery CEVA Global Academy including initial programs of which one Executive Leadership program for top 100 players.

In addition to my Talent Development role I have been actively involved in the operational HR management of the region North Europe focussing on UK and Germany. In the Global HR Council I act as sparring partner of the regional HR Directors and the Head Office HR Manager focussing on day to day operational issues.

During the first year of this role I also continued to be the HR Consultant for the Real Estate Development Business Unit.

ING REAL Estate is a Global 80 Billion Euro company employing over 2500 people worldwide. Witin ING RE I managed the leadership Development department, covering: Management Development, ING Real Estate Business School, Graduate/Junior Talent, Competency Management and Leadership Development & Change Management. My team consisted of 8 FTE . In this role I had a dual reporting line; To the Global Head of Human Resources ING RE and the Global Head of Leadership Development of ING Wholesale banking. The main products we delivered were:
• One performance management process based on the ING Group E-services.
• Talent Review of the 3 business units globally
• Real Estate Master class to foster high potentials globally
• As member of the Global HR team I have been contributing to the overall development of HR in Real Estate. As one of the seniors of the team I have been guiding and coaching less experienced HR Consultants in their roles.

Senior Human Resource Consultant Mai 2003 – December 2005
Responsible for the Global HR consultancy role of ING Real Estate Development (12 countries, 450 fte). Dual Reporting line to Global Head of HR The Netherlands & GM Real Estate Development. Responsible for general HR Management, Management Counselling, Organisational Development and Talent for the BU. The country HR Managers of UK, France and Spain were reporting to me. In the smaller countries HR was handled directly with the country Managing Directors.

Works councils in ING RE was arranged through the corporate structure of ING Group which was well developed.
