Assignment:
Plan sales demand for 3 Belgian Friesland Campina sales companies
Manage the handover of supply planning to the Friesland Campina supply chain organization
Support the Summit Project , changing over to an integrated IT tool (SAP)
Main tasks:
Steer the demand planning process in SAP APO and take part in the S&OP process for all sales units
Plan and chair demand reviews , all in a monthly drum beat. .

Function: Demand and Supply planning manager Europe
Assignment:
Plan demand and supply for the Beverage Strategic Business Unit: 7 European plants supplying the European market (9 sales units).
Manage 6 indirect reports.
End responsibility for European board supply from USA (500 SKU’s).
Main tasks:
Run the S&OP process for all Beverage sales and production for Europe
Plan and chair demand reviews and supply planning meetings and facilitate the Executive S&OP, all in a monthly drum beat. Manage and support S&OP coordinators on site. Approx. 1000 production SKU’s , 4000 FG SKU’s.
Manage the board supply from US paper mill and take part in the head office S&OP process.
Major projects:
Set up the S&OP process; design test and implement the (in house built) S&OP planning tool.
Develop the board supply planning process.
Act as a Supply Chain Manager ad interim for the Roosendaal plant (6 months).

Function: Demand and supply planning manager Europe/Global
Assignment:
Plan demand and negotiate supply for the Mitsubishi vehicles made worldwide for distribution in Europe.
Main tasks:
Manage the Sales and Operations Planning process, receive and process vehicle orders and forecasts from 33 European distributors.
Negotiate and follow up production plans at several OEM’s worldwide to assure timely production and delivery of the vehicles ordered. 150k vehicles, built to specification.
