I am an experienced Senior Level Executive with 12+ years of P&L responsibility within multinational companies in various industries, like Aviation and Oil & Gas. Get excited from complex operational and strategic challenges. Expert in Lean, Change and Project Management. My passion for technology and people with focus on creating new (sales) opportunities and solutions are key elements for change and growth.

With broad experienced across European, American and Asian Pacific Regions. I hold a MSc. in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture from The University of Technology of Delft, The Netherlands and followed an Executive Management course at Kellogg School of Management in Chicago, USA.

The last 3,5 years I have headed the Business unit of Fokker Services in Singapore with Airframe & Aircraft Component maintenance and logistic services. In this job and the various position before that, I have mainly achieved lasting changes within the organizations resulting in higher, revenues, margins and customer and employee satisfaction.

Doubled the business in APAC region by growing the existing business lines of Airframe maintenance and adding new productlines (EUR 50 mio).

Major involvement with sales for long term contracts with Virgin Australia, Network Aviation (Qantas), Air Nuigini and ATR Aircraft.

Grown the operation from 40 to 120 staff. Intitiated an extensive Lean/Six Sigma Program resulting in substantial saving (25% reduction of manhours and reduction in leadtimes). Re-definition of Strategy for APAC region. Accountable manager for EASA, FAA and CASA.

Defined new strategy for the Component repair shop. Succesfull expansion of new business and improvement of operation (increase of volume with 20%). Implemented lean principles, resulting in reduction of lead times and substantial reduction of Working Capital (-40%). Accountable manager for EASA and FAA.
