Unilever: project manager change and learning 09/2012 11/2014.
Project Manager of an international, multifunctional team (internal and external resource), responsible for the delivery of training of and changing the mindset for one of the largest scale change initiatives for R&D, by the introduction of a product life cycle management system. This system changes the ways of working within and across teams as well as other disciplines within the company.
Deliverables: training defined and delivered and new ways of working implemented. Resource planning, managing and tracking delivery against the plan, budget control, managing risk and training quality. I facilitated change management assessments, and developed and facilitated focus group sessions to understand improvements needed for user adoption.

Unilever : European (technical) project manager Skin Care (09/2011-09/2012)
Deliverables: Project manager of several innovation projects for the Williams, Neutral and Dove brands. Strategic plan for in-house or outsource aerosol pilot plant. Organized knowledge transfer of male grooming products from Saralee to Unilever; set up small scale lab for aerosol measurements.

Saralee, SCJohnson : project manager Chemicals (10/2010-09/2011).
Deliverables: set up, lead and managed the R&D portfolio of the 13 million shoe-care All Protector Aerosol business (BAMA, TANA); developed 5 different formulations for waterproofing aerosol sprays, involving consumer research, safety testing, packaging and claim substantiation. After acquisition by SC Johnson, implemented new ways of working in the team.

CoffeeCo, Douwe Egberts: project manager (3 months 2011):
Deliverables: reported on innovative processing technologies in the coffee bean area for R&D director innovation.

Danone : project manager (03/2010-07/2010).
Deliverables: set up of a three year programme to produce safer consumer products involving different disciplines (food safety, supply chain, production, buying, product & process development, finance, research, packaging, external parties).

Responsible for implementing talent development process and learning strategy for Foods R&D (3000 employees worldwide).
